Stage Door: For Theatre Professionals

Theatre fans use Stage Door Pass to track their entire theatrical journey, rate and review the shows they see, and to track their favorite artist’s work. It’s completely free to use.

Of course, your fans want to share their enthusiasm for your work and we have built a system to help you securely manage the engagement you have with your fans.

PROFESSIONAL BIO/PROFILE:

The Stage Door Network is a listing and search-grid of theatre professionals and theatrical projects, comprising theatrical projects of all kinds: Broadway, Off-Broadway, Regional, National Tours, and School productions.

Stage Door Pass pulls data from the network to show which professionals are connected to what shows. You can claim and manage your profile in the backend. Learn more.

CONFIRM PROJECTS:

Add all of your projects in the system so they can appear in the database.

When someone tags you in a project, you can approve the tag and it will add the project to your profile.

Claim Your Profile Now:

Search for a recent project HERE.

If you find your profile, click ‘is this you?’ and follow directions.
If you don’t find your profile, tap ‘log in’ and create a free profile.

Accept Recognitions:

Some of your fans (who have the means) will want to recognize your outstanding work by sending you a paid recognition as a way to acknowledge the individual contribution you made to their experience at the show.

You can choose to accept this recognition for:

  • your own artistic endeavors

  • pass it along to your favorite charity or cause

  • or both.

When you opt-in to receive these recognitions, you can create a short statement about where you plan to use the recognition.

5% of the recognition automatically goes to charity, but if you choose to send an additional amount to a charity of your choice, you have the flexibility to do so.

How does it work?

  • 5% goes automatically to charity:
The Stage Door Foundation supports theatre makers and the development of new works by providing subsidized studio space and financial support to develop new works in the creative pipeline. Learn more.

10% of the recognition goes to your production:
The production, which features your work receives 10%.

70% of the recognition goes to you:
Use for your artistic endeavors or you can pass along to your favorite charity.

The remainder goes to support the Stage Door Network system to help facilitate the system.

  • All transactions are handled securely through your Stripe account, which inegrates to our system. When recognitions are sent, the money is credited to your Stripe account, paid out each month.

  • The full amount of the recognition goes to your Stripe account and from there you decide how and when to send the donations to your charity. Stage Door Pass does not automate those payments.

  • Built by us. For us:
