Theatre fans use Stage Door Pass to track their entire theatrical journey, rate and review the shows they see, and to track their favorite artist’s work. It’s completely free to use.

Custom Passport Stamps:
When audience marks their attendance, they get a stamp in their theatrical passport, showing the date they saw your show.
Souvenir Video:
Create a customized reel-sized souvenir video for your audience which they can share with their friends and followers (ie. free marketing).
COLLECT RATINGS & REVIEWs:
When audience marks attendance to your production, they can rate it and write a review. Plus, they can connect with the cast and company.
Souvenir Video:
Create a custom video reel with footage and marketing messaging to help word-of-mouth buzz about your production for your audience to share with their friends. When audience marks their attendance at the show they will receive the souvenir video marked with a PASSPORT STAMP marked for the date they saw the show.

Passport Stamp: The passport stamp will automatically appear at the top right corner during the first 10 seconds and then fade. For best visibility, use a dark background so the white stamp can be read easily.
COMPANY RECOGNITION:
One of the features of The Stage Door Pass is that fans can connect and engage with members of the company by sending recognitions.
QR CODE:
Encourage the audience to participate by placing a QR code in the playbill or on signage around the venue to encourage people to engage with the production.
CLAIM YOUR PROFILE:
If any of your productions have been entered you can claim the profile, or start your own profile so you can begin tracking your shows. Shows and profiles are managed on the back end (Stage Door Network).
PRODUCTION profile:
Create a profile for your production and tag the company (cast, musicians, and production team) so audiences can find and mark their attendance at the show.

To claim your profile in the Stage Door Network:
Search for your name in the Stage Door Network Project Database:
If you find your profile, click ‘Is this you’? and follow directions.
If you don’t find a profile, you can tap ‘log in’ to create a profile.
Accept Recognitions:
Some audience members (who have the means) will want to recognize the outstanding work of the company by sending paid recognitions to members of the company as a way to acknowledge the individual contribution they made to their experience at the show.
The Production automatically receives 10% of the recognitions sent to members of the company.
You can choose to accept this recognition for:
additional artistic endeavors
pass it along to your favorite charity or cause
or both.
5% of the recognition automatically goes to charity, but if you choose to send an additional amount to a charity of your choice, you have the flexibility to do so.

Use for your artistic endeavors or you can pass along to your favorite charity.The remainder goes to support the Stage Door Network system to help facilitate the system.

All transactions are handled securely through your Stripe account, which inegrates to our system. When recognitions are sent, the money is credited to your Stripe account, paid out each month.

The full amount of the recognition goes to your Stripe account and from there you decide how and when to send the donations to your charity. Stage Door Pass does not automate those payments.
